Our Gourmet Team offers a selection of courses emphasising the freshness of ingridients. Everything you could desire, a menu with three to seven courses, tailor made to your taste. A feast in the air might look like this:
- Hors d'oeurvres: Goose paté and smoked breast of duck with cream cheese and berry jam, or French baquettes with various toppings and marinated shrimp or Teriyaki lamb kebabs.
- Entré: Fresh vegatables of the day with spiced dips.
- Main Course: Grilled fillet of Icelandic Organic lamb with fresh aromatic herbs, garlic-rosemary sauce, fresh vegatables, fingerling potatoes, or other treats of your choosing.
- Cheese and Fruit: Brie, Camembert, Machengo and/or Roquefort with fresh strawberries, grapes and/or melon.
- Desserts: Chocolate cake with whipped cream and fruit.
This menu is just a sample of what we can offer. Most dishes with lamb, beef, pork, chicken and reindeer are available.
You can also choose the Catch of the Day from our variety of Nort Atlantic fresh fish such as halibut, lobster, and fresh or salted cod.
We have a wide selection of appetizers and desserts.
Our staff can accommodate combinations from the above menus or any other requests. The orders for these menus must be placed at least 24 hours before departure.
