Security and Quality Control Policy 

IGS is a total ground service provider operating in a competitive market.  To ensure competitive advantage we define us as a safety, security and quality committed company.  Priorities to IGS operations are Safety, Punctuality and Service.

It is our policy to provide our customers with services and products that satisfy their expectations and needs. This policy is implemented through our Quality Manual System. The system complies with the requirements of JAR OPS 1 and ISO 9001:2000.

The Quality System encompasses the activities of the IGS Ground Services that determine the quality policy, organisational structure, responsibilities and procedures. This system is implemented by means of education, allowing for adequate resources and quality assurance.
